This Excel file helps you illustrate to your clients where their money is going inside of the "live, give, owe, grow" pie diagram. By filling in what you know about their contributions toward taxes, debt repayment, savings, and giving, you can "back into" their lifestyle spending using this tool. Then, you are able to lead them in a discussion about the implications on their overall financial picture if they pay down debt, give more, etc., by looking at how the pie changes with various financial decisions. The tool is designed to give you a simple starting point for discussing your clients' long-term goals and priorities in light of the current financial habits.

Kingdom AdvisorsRon Blue is widely considered to be the father of Christian financial planning. He is the founder or co-founder of Blue & Co., Ronald Blue Trust, Kingdom Advisors, and the National Christian Foundation. Ron is also the founder of the Ron Blue Institute established at Indiana Wesleyan University in 2012. He has written more than 20 books on personal finance from a biblical perspective and has served on the boards of numerous organizations. Ron and his wife Judy have been married for 56 years, have five children and 13 grandchildren, and live in Bloomington, Indiana.
