This one page tool offers advisors an opportunity to evaluate themselves regarding whether or not they are working from a framework of mission driven effectiveness vs. task driven efficiency. By being able to rate themselves on a scale of one to ten in areas that relate to their priorities, their ability to treat people as more important than tasks, and their ability to create margin and flexibility in their schedules, advisors are able to identify key strengths and weaknesses in their movement toward becoming more effective and mission driven.

Jim Wise is a Senior Partner and Senior Financial Advisor for the Private Wealth Division of Blue Trust. A frequent conference speaker for churches and faith-based organizations, Jim also teaches a weekly Bible study in the Lake County Jail. Jim has written three books: a Bible study workbook, Five Steps to Financial Freedom; Spiritual Gifts, Plain and Simple; and Inheritolatry: The Final Obstacle to Completing the Great Commission. He has earned many professional designations including the Certified Kingdom Advisor® designation. Jim and his wife, Lori, live in Orlando, Florida, and have six adult children and six grandchildren.
