Michael Hyatt is founder and chairman of Full Focus (formerly known as Michael Hyatt & Company), a performance coaching company that has grown over 60% year over year for the past four years. Under his leadership, Full Focus was named one of INC’s Best Workplaces from 2017-2021 and appeared on the INC 5000 list of fastest-growing private companies in three of the last four years. Michael is the author of several bestselling books, including Your Best Year Ever, Free to Focus, The Vision Driven Leader, and Win at Work & Succeed at Life (coauthored with his daughter Megan). He has been married 40+ years and has five daughters and nine grandchildren.
