Keanon Alderson Professor, Author

Keanon Alderson, MBA, Ph.D. is a professor of management at California Baptist University. He teaches, researches, writes, and advises on effective family business management. He also works with accountants, wealth advisors, and lawyers on marketing to family-owned businesses. Dr. Alderson is the associate editor of the Journal of Family Business Management. In addition to writing numerous articles, he is the author of two books: Understanding the Family Business (2018) and Family Business Governance (2019).
