John Busacker Founder

John Busacker is the founder of Life-Worth, LLC and a member of the Duke Corporate Education Global Learning Resource Network. Prior to launching Life-Worth, John was President of The Inventure Group, a global leadership coaching and consulting firm for 20 years and worked as a top financial advisor and leader for 14 years. John is the author of four books - including do less, be more: The Life-Changing Power of Focus and Dare to Answer: 8 Questions That Awaken Your Faith. His travels have taken him to six continents to speak at conferences and train both church and business leaders in the areas of personal engagement, authentic leadership and holistic generosity. John and his wife Carol live in Excelsior Minnesota, and they have two adult sons, a wonderful daughter-in-law, one beautiful granddaughter and a badly behaved but lovable Golden Retriever.
