Clients may complete this self-evaluation ahead of the wealth transfer discussion to assess their comfort level with their current estate plan. It can also be used for meeting follow-up. After presenting the biblical principles, the advisor can complete the client's financial information; the client answers the diagnostic questions and return the document before the next meeting, when specific recommendations can be made based on the client's responses.

A frequent conference speaker for churches and faith-based organizations, Jim also teaches a weekly Bible study in the Lake County Jail. Jim has written three books: a Bible study workbook, Five Steps to Financial Freedom; Spiritual Gifts, Plain and Simple; and Inheritolatry: The Final Obstacle to Completing the Great Commission. He has earned many professional designations including the Certified Kingdom Advisor® designation. Jim and his wife, Lori, live in Orlando, Florida, and have six adult children and six grandchildren.
